On Sunday, 13th July 2025, a truly international Rotary moment unfolded with the 10th Installation Ceremony of the Rotary E-Club of District 3262. The event brought together Rotarians across countries and time zones to celebrate leadership, service, and the Rotary spirit of global fellowship.
The highlight of the ceremony was the installation of Associate Professor Dr. Nalini Pati, a distinguished Canberra-based medical professional and long-time Rotarian, as the 10th President of the Rotary E-Club of District 3262, based in Odisha, India. A/Prof Pati’s professional background in academic medicine and his strong commitment to service make him an exceptional choice to lead the club into a new chapter of impactful initiatives.
It was my privilege to serve as the Installing Officer for this milestone occasion, joining hands with dear friends and fellow Rotarians including District Governor Rtn. Manoj Tripathy, the ever-inspiring Charter President PDG Rtn. Jayashree Mohanty, and my wife Ahsha Ramachandran and fellow club member Rtn. Kavee. Together, we witnessed the seamless transition of leadership and the reaffirmation of our shared commitment to Rotary values.
The Rotary E-Club of District 3262 is unique in its makeup—although geographically anchored in India’s Odisha state (Rotary District 3262), it brings together professionals and change-makers from across the globe through its virtual format. The installation ceremony was a testament to Rotary’s borderless capacity for doing good in the world.
We extend our warm congratulations to the outgoing leadership team, including Rtn. Abhijeet Sahoo and Rtn. Durga Prasad Gouda, and express deep appreciation for their dedication. With Dr. Nalini Pati at the helm, the club is poised for another year of meaningful service, community engagement, and innovation.
Events like this remind us that no matter where we are in the world, Rotary unites us through purpose, fellowship, and a shared vision of peace and service.
